Allen's career has spanned roles in International CA firms in NZ and overseas, including a CFO role for a large publicly listed company. He was Comptroller for New Zealand's first America's Cup Challenge and more recently COO in a start up private Venture Capital business. In addition Allen has had 14 very successful years in Executive Recruitment specialising in the Accounting, Banking and Finance sectors, to which he now has returned.
